Jessica Alba Post Baby Body
Britney Spears is donning the cover of OK! magazine for the second time in as many weeks. This time it's regarding how she got into the best shape of her life. But I don't really care about that.
What I do care about is the piece on Jessica Alba and how she got her post-baby body back into shape in less than 3 months after her daughter, Honor Marie, was born.
Yeah, if you have a nanny taking care of your kid all the time, don't breast feed (exercise puts stress on the body, which usually results in a loss of milk) and get to sleep through the night (there's that nanny again), it's not very difficult to stick to low-carb, low-fat diet and a 6 day a week workout. Add to that personal trainer Ramona Braganza and a personal chef, and hey, getting back to a size 4 is easy as pie... or should I say carrot sticks?
Then again, I understand her sense of urgency - Jessica Alba banks on her body to get the dollars; most moms don't. So it makes sense that she needs to get into shape quickly so that she can go back to being the sexy, beautiful thing we all know and love.
